DESIGNED TO IMPROVE YOUR OPTIMAL HEALTH THROUGH A HOLISTIC DIET, TARGETED SUPPLEMENTATION AND LIFESTYLE CHANGES

Digestive health is the most important healing priority

Would you like to know the best foods for gut health?

Digestion problems are common and often the reason for more serious conditions and most people who are suffering are not getting the answers they need. When one is not digesting, one is not absorbing. This leads to nutritional deficiencies.

Within a healthy gut, this is what happens - the gut is properly dominated by beneficial species of microbes that work in harmony with the body. But when our gut flora is dominated by the wrong types of bacteria (pathogenic microbes), it can result in multiple health problems that are harmful to our body.

The GI MAP & MRT

The GI MAP The MRT

The GI MAP is an incredible tool. What we learn from this test is invaluable. One may have no digestive symptoms at all and still have multiple areas of infection and impaired function. It is also not uncommon for those with several symptoms to need minimal support.

Testing is the only way to know what’s going on in the gut. It could be infection or a parasite, fungal overgrowth or bacteria colonizing and taking over the microbiome. With testing we can uncover if the gut is functioning properly and if it has the ability to repair itself or needs some assistance. The bottom line is that it is impossible to guess in knowing where we need support. We have to test to know exactly what’s going on.

The Mediator Release Test is a blood test that analyzes 170 foods and chemicals. With this exceptional tool we can develop an in depth, personalized protocol, eliminating and recommending foods based on your results. The MRT is recommended for its accuracy and reliability. The MRT used in combination with the GI-MAP brings incredible results.

Celiac disease • Ulcerative colitis • Crohn’s disease • GERD • Asthma • Migraines • Interstitial cystitis • Tinnitus • Rhinitis/Sinusitis • Otitis media • ADHD • Urticaria • Angio-edema • Rheumatological disorders • Atopy • IBS. These are all conditions associated with food sensitivities.

The Benefits of Testing

01 — OPTIMIZE FUNCTION

Testing is the only way to know what’s going on in the gut. It could be infection or a parasite, fungal overgrowth or bacteria colonizing and taking over the microbiome. With testing we can uncover if the gut is functioning properly and if it has the ability to repair itself or needs some assistance.

02 —NO GUESSING

When we know exactly what is in the microbiome we can quickly and aggressively develop a protocol with a specific meal plan, therapeutic supplementation and lifestyle recommendations.

03 — ACCURATE INFORMATION

The GI Test is preferred because if the enormous amount of accurate information with less chance of error in comparison to other stool tests. The GI MAP test results are not positive or negative but quantitative information about pathogens. Not all pathogens cause disease which is information we want to have available when developing a protocol for clients. With the GI-MAP we have better, more complete information which means better results for clients.

04 — COMPLETE INFORMATION

The GI-MAP uses DNA analysis to assess health benefits or disease risks form organisms living in the body.

05 — SPECIFIC AND TARGED PROTOCOL

When results come back we will know exactly what areas to target, what needs attention, what is working optimally and exactly what foods are causing inflammation in your body.

Is your body constantly going to war with a pathogenic bacteria? Are there specific foods that are keeping your body from healing? Once we identify them, we can remove them and restore balance.

06 — REMOVE BLOCKING FACTORS

Knowing exactly what is causing inflammation and removing it during the healing protocol allows the body to focus on what it needs to.

The underlying Causes of GI Dysfunction

It has been said that 90% of all disease is connected to the gut and microbiome health.

01 —WEAK DIGESTIVE FUNCTION

In order to digest we need the proper juices. Most of us due to stress, processed foods, sugar and age don’t have enough of any of these important juices working properly. To break down and absorb nutrients we need hydrochloric acid, pancreatic enzymes and bile. With the help of the GI MAP we are able to see exactly what’s happening in the gut and if these juices are being secreted.

02 — PATHOGENS

Infections of the digestive system are common. There are no classic symptoms of infection so without testing it’s difficult to know. Parasites, fungal/yeast overgrowth, and opportunistic bacteria are often living and growing in the microbiome. With the GI Map we have the ability to see what species are in the gut, the good and the bad bacteria.

03 —UNFAVORABLE TERRAIN

An unhealthy gut terrain is one of the main reasons for disfunction. One top priority for clients is to heal and seal the terrain. Issues such as intestinal permeability (leaky gut), impaired GI immunity and imbalances in the microbiome (too many bad guys and not enough good), can leave us vulnerable and open to infections, making the terrain weak.

04 — EXTERNAL STRESSORS

Food can be a stressor and without testing, you don’t know. When you ingest a food you are sensitive to, your body responds with inflammation. The MRT will not only show which foods one is most sensitive to but which foods are the best.

Other stressors include allergies, environmental factors, chemicals, pharmaceutical prescriptions, steroids, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, laxatives, all of these impact the health and balance of the gut.

05 — NEUROENTERIC IMBALANCES

This is the link between our brain and our gut, the sympathetic/parasympathetic balance. We are a society that is sympathetically driven, it’s very hard for us to relax. In order for food and nutrients to digest properly we must be in a parasympathetic state. If our brain perceives that we are in a stressful situation (real or imagined), it will shut down digestion to prepare for fight or flight. Eating while in any kind of stress such as work, worry, screens, an argument, standing, or something that’s common, eating in the car can put us in a sympathetically dominant state.

If you struggle with blood sugar imbalances, fatigue, energy fluctuations, difficulty sleeping, adrenal testing can be beneficial for you.

Chronic stress and adrenal imbalances have a direct impact on the immune system.
